Our company policy is very much based on personal and efficient service, as with our parent company, and in the UK we employ a team of like-minded people. This also extends to our sales team who all offer great amount of experience and expertise.

Following the completion of our all new logistics centre at Jungingen in Germany we are now able to offer a wide range of luminaires from stock with non stock items usually supplied within 6 weeks. All luminaires supplied through RIDI in the UK have the relevant modifications to comply with UK specification requirements and carry our fully comprehensive warranty.

UK DESIGN AND PRODUCTION is necessary to meet the specific and unique demands of Germanys second largest export market - the UK. We now have a significant input into new product development and product modifications that are specific to us in the UK. And where it isn't viable for Germany to produce it, we have a policy of using British suppliers who can manufacture goods to our own specification and standards.
