RIDI Lighting Ltd is proud to support the UK market with a dedicated aftersales team based at Harlow. We have service arrangements with major suppliers but in the event of difficult problems or immediate needs then we have our own on-site team who can visit most sites UK wide. Our service extends to faulty luminaires and control gear.

We also have a dedicated team to support and commission our ever-growing work in the field of lighting controls for which we have a growing band of satisfied customers. Our expertise means that we can self-sufficiently configure the best system to suit your needs and as we are not tied in to any particular control system, then we are able to support and commission all types of systems. Critically in the event of dimming ballast failures then we are able to pre-program a replacement Dali ballast in years to come and send it out to you without the need for a costly recommission. We will also electronically store the data for your project on our system for years to come - which can be released to you in the future should you wish to pursue your own maintenance and commissioning. Either way you are not tied in.
