A career at RIDI Lighting Ltd means working for a company with a family oriented culture at its heart. RIDI Leuchten GmbH is a family run company in the hands of a second generation owner. The company prides itself on its personal approach and its flat management structure. Being a private company it is not beholdant to shareholders and does not adopt a corporate culture. As a result we maintain a personal but professional approach to our customers. This philosophy is mirrored across all subsidiary companies in the group.
