ENDEMOL recently moved from the restricted confines of three separate Grade II listed buildings in Soho to occupy three floors of the newly refurbished Shepherds Building development in West London. The light and airy interior is primarily laid out into flexible, largely open plan offices for the various production, research and administrative teams with the exception of additional private areas for legal teams, accounts, IT and other departments. RIDI has supplied over 300 of its AIDA-2 linear suspended luminaires in conjunction with Mastercraft Interiors. These luminaires provide effective, shadow-free workspace lighting whilst perfectly complementing the slick and professional design scheme in these environments.

AIDA-2 twin lamp indirect luminaires feature a wide, shallow and slightly rounded luminaire body punctuated by side perforations which are backed with soft effect diffuser foil. This creates an elegant, softly contoured appearance, neatly enhanced by discrete wire suspension from the ceiling, to ensure a wide compatibility with virtually any commercial room design. Its broad upward light spread ensures that it easily satisfies the requirements of the latest LG3a standards.

In the more lavish meeting rooms and main boardroom, RIDI's AIDA luminaires also work equally well, proving their versatility. They provide uniform light distribution while offsetting the more exuberant interiors with their understated, minimalist design and displaying a unifying link with other parts of the building.
