VISION-Viva from RIDI is a highly distinctive and stylish suspended luminaire designed for use in commercial offices, schools, hospitals, and all types of public environment. The luminaire benefits from a unique daylight-effect panel design and is supplied complete with ActiViva lamps from Philips to achieve the additional benefit of ‘energising’ the lit surroundings.

Created by Storp Design of Germany , VISION-Activiva is manufactured at RIDI’s ISO 9001 hi-tech production facility in Jungingen , Germany . The redesigned front panel is optimised for use with ActiViva and daylight tubes and has a transparent metalised backed lens to create a natural skylight effect once it is edge lit by the 17000k colour enhanced daylight tubes.

A direct/indirect luminaire, VISION-Viva has integral switching to independently control downward and upward light levels. This feature allows ultimate user and designer flexibility. Fitted with three T5 ActiViva lamps (one for upward light), it is possible to create contrasting types of lighting effects to produce perfectly balanced room environments to meet CIBSE LG7. In addition, the efficiency, design and performance of VISION-Viva allows wide spacings with exceptionally uniform light distribution.
